I invite you to join me for Apothecary. Apothecary is simply a blend of ancient wisdom and modern science. We work with a canvas through a step by step Intentional Creativity process called Medicine Painting.
Medicine Painting is painting with an intention to healing by illuminating our wounded stories that are informing our current choices, then transforming them in real time moving into designing and living an extraordinary life
My teacher Shiloh Sophia, a renowned visionary artist from Senoma, California, just launched medicine painting globally online, and will be joining us in the Hawkesbury for the first global face-to-face event.
In our two-day masterclass we work with nine Intentional Creativity steps through journeying, journaling, art and energy work. The stories that we hold, shape our external world, creating our experiences. When we hold wounded stories in our energy, we live through them, they can show up as feelings of something missing in life, or there should be more to life, they can even show up as fatigue, anxiety and overwhelm.
When we pause and become conscious of our wounded stories, we can transform them into tools to design and live extraordinary life.
I invite you to join us for the first global face-to-face Medicine Painting experience. Transform your wounded stories into tools to design and live an extraordinary life.
